Python 3 language with viusal gui builder

What is the best visual gui builder for python three. I tried to use Glade but could not find the gtk for python three.

Gui builders can only take you so far, it's more flexible to just hand code gui's.

You can use Glade, you can probably use any version of Gtk with Python3, Python doesn't care which version you use (as far as I know).
For an example of how Python and Gtk work together, paying special attention to the attached files, you might want to look at this post:
